We See Christ, Juan Salinas

I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in the summer of 1998. Afterward I went to work in Houston as a bilingual education teacher and at the same time I met with the church in Houston. However, while working, I realized my lack. I realized my lack in character training and in Bible truth. I realized that if I was ever going to help others, I would need these two things. So I made the decision that when the school year ended, I would attend the Full Time Training in Anaheim (FTTA). I joined the FTTA in the fall of 1999.

In the Training not only has my character improved, and not only have I gained Bible knowledge, but I have seen Christ. The Lord Jesus was unveiled in so many rich and wonderful ways that it caused me to fall more in love with Him. The reason we improve our character is so that we can see more of Him. The reason we gain Bible knowledge is to see more of Him. Everything is centered around Christ. Everyday is a day of getting to know this wonderful Person. Not only do we see Him in class, but we see Him in others. It is the greatest decision I have made in my life and I will never regret it.
